VIDEO: DIY Two Tone Shoes
Once school is over I feel the need to clear out my closet and make room for the new. These shoes were in my giveaway pile, because all they had done was sit in my closet and collect dust. But then I came upon this Pinterest photo of color capped shoes and I fell in love with the idea! Definitely try this DIY Two Tone Shoes tutorial out – it’ll completely re-vamp those old shoes and give them a fresh look!

Supplies
- Shoes
- Floral (or fabric) spray paint
- Newspaper
- Masking Tape
- Scissors
Step One:
Decide how much of the shoe you would like to spray paint and use your masking tape to block the area that you do not want spray-painted. Protect the rest of the shoe with newspaper. Wrap and stuff the shoe with newspaper.
Step Two:
Lay your shoes on newspaper and begin to spray the cap of your shoe. Make sure not to spray too closely because it could get streaky or drippy and we don’t want that!
Step Three:
Let your shoes dry overnight, and you’re done! How simple was that?!
This is a fun DIY idea because it’s fast and the final product is amazing! So don’t throw away your old shoes, recycle and experiment with them to create a masterpiece of your own!
