Keep Up With Kardashian Summer Style

When it comes to styling yourself for summer, it is all about incorporating the essentials of the season. Using one or all of these must-haves will allow you to look summer fresh and on-trend during the dog days of summer. Ready to pull off a look that screams “stylish” without breaking the bank or looking too over the top?

Love ‘em or hate ‘em, we pulled some inspiration from the sisters’ Kardashian summer style and here is what we found:

All-White: All white is huge this summer and trend forecasters say it will be just as hot for fall, so you should stock up now. The look exudes a fresh, clean vibe and can be a chic choice for work or play. If you want to be a bit daring, go for an all-over blush/nude look like Kim K. recently did.

Prints: Summer 2012 is not the time to sit back and wear something drab. This season is all about stripes, prints and patterns. Bust out the floral rompers, the striped shirts and the printed maxi dresses.

Sheer: Not going anywhere anytime soon, the sheer trend continues. Whether it’s a pleated skirt, a blouse or a great pair of pants, this look is subtle yet sexy and also a great way to dress up in summer without overheating. Though the boys might when they see your ensemble.

Denim: We know it’s always in fashion but for summer, denim shorts and jackets are key.

Bright Color: Fashion is meant to be seen this season…even if that means it’s seen from across the room. “The brighter the better” is the motto for shirts, accessories and especially denim. Bright colored jeans are one of the hottest trends on the scene now, so grab yourself a pair ASAP.

Wedges: Just as many shoes do, wedges are having their moment in the sun. Literally. The most popular shoe this summer, wedges can be worn with everything from jeans to dresses and help pack a little more punch into any summer outfit. Get a pair in brown, white, neon…or maybe all three.

Maxi Dress: Tried and true, this favorite isn’t fading into the sunset anytime soon. Dress it up for night or dress it down for a day at the beach; either way, we have a feeling you’ll be living in your maxi dress.

Colorful Blazer: Whether you rock it in white, pink, royal blue or red, the blazer is the ultimate icing on the cake for any summer look. Put it over a dress, a romper ala Kourtney Kardashian (pictured below) or wear it with a pair of those bright jeans ala middle sister Kim (also pictured below).

Who better to model these ultimate summer styles than the trendiest sisters around? Kim’s had a complete makeover thanks to Kanye West, Khloe’s height lends itself perfectly to maxi dresses and Kourtney, even while pregnant, remains on-trend and wears shorts and rompers like no one else.
