Transitioning From Winter to Spring Fashion

Spring is officially upon us and that means starting to think about shedding some of those winter layers! As fun as this sounds, the changing seasons can be a stressful time for some people because they may feel the pressure to invest in an entirely new wardrobe.  But you don’t need to spend a fortune to update your clothes from winter to spring. In fact, there are numerous ways to incorporate your warm-weather staples as you make the transition from Winter to Spring Fashion.

Keep the Cardi
Keep your cardigans at the front of your closet. While you may be putting away your heavier knits, cardigans are the perfect layering piece for spring. You can wear them over tank tops and t-shirts and even over sundresses!

Low Boots Make the Cut
Stow away your furry boots and over the knee footwear, but keep your low motorcycle and ankle boots at the ready for your spring wardrobe. Pair low boots with a fun dress or even shorts for a fun rocker look.

Scarves Still Work
Keep some of your lighter scarves hanging in your closet but wool, fur, and chunky knits can be put away for next winter. Bright scarves looped around your neck are a fun and stylish way to stay warm while keeping your look spring appropriate.

Loved the new advice on scarves - hadn't heard of shopbop but am heading to the site now.
